The Frieght Train recipe

Inventor: Tom Elliott

Origin: Jose O'Reilly's Cantina - Rancho Penasquitos

Where it's Popular: Very few people know about the Freight Train, but many have been run over.

Inspirations: One of my favorite one liners of all time has always been, "Have you ever ran full speed into a freight train"? In good fun it was often a great way to get a first time customer to loosen up and have a drink.
